These are proposed checkout terms for the Lollipop Garden website concept. They should be reviewed and approved by the owner—and, before launch, by a Georgia-qualified attorney—using the bakery’s actual ingredients, order timelines, and refund practices.
Allergen and food-safety notice
Lollipop Garden products are prepared in a kitchen that may handle peanuts, tree nuts, milk, eggs, wheat, soy, and other common allergens. Ingredients and equipment may come into contact with allergens, and an allergen-free product cannot be guaranteed.
If you or a recipient has an allergy, intolerance, or dietary restriction, contact the baker directly before ordering. Do not rely on an online note alone for a severe allergy. Customers are responsible for sharing applicable allergy information with anyone who will eat the product.
Order requests, payment, and availability
Online selections are an order request until Lollipop Garden confirms availability and receives the required payment or deposit. Availability, prices, pickup times, delivery areas, and lead times may change. The customer is responsible for reviewing names, dates, quantities, flavors, contact information, and delivery or pickup details before payment.
Custom work and design variation
Custom treats are handmade. Reference images and online previews guide the design, but exact colors, textures, piping, arrangement, and decorative details can vary. Reasonable handmade variation is expected and is not, by itself, a defect. Any non-edible supports, toppers, wires, or decorations must be removed before serving.
Changes, cancellations, and refunds
Custom work uses fresh ingredients and baker time. The owner should set the final lead-time, deposit, cancellation, change, and refund rules before this website is launched. Once approved, those published rules will apply to each order. Requests to change an order are not guaranteed and may affect price or availability.
Pickup, delivery, and care
Customers must provide accurate pickup or delivery information and ensure an adult is available to receive delivery. Once an order has been picked up or accepted at delivery, the customer is responsible for safe transport, storage, and serving. Follow any care instructions supplied with the order, including temperature and timing guidance for perishable items.
Order updates and privacy
When a customer chooses text or email updates, their selected contact details are used for that order’s status messages. A live site should use secure payment processing and a published privacy policy that explains the bakery’s real data practices.
